Collected, queried, and analyzed data from a multitude of sources including SAP, manufacturing centers, and Sales Force. This data was used to develop models for capacity analysis, component failure analysis, Key Performance Indicator selection and management, and inventory optimization.
Created dashboards in Python and Excel to provide a range of concise information for multiple business teams. These dashboards included capacity analysis at the product level, component failure and warranty analysis, and early warning of potential stockouts.
Performed quantitative analysis of internal/supplier capacities and key competencies to evaluate and determine make/buy decisions.
Led the redevelopment of a formerly ineffective MRP system by utilizing the above-mentioned data models.
Implemented lean manufacturing practices including Kanban systems which are now used for all routinely made parts.
